10 Diagnosis

As in the case of linear regression, in order to be valid, the conclusions obtained from a logistic regression must verify that all assumptions are met:

• No multicollinearity
• Linear relationship between the numerical predictors and the log odds of the response variable.
• No autocorrelation (Independence)
• Outliers, high leverage or influential values
• Sample size
• Parsimony
